Description
CONTINENTAL™ Sperm Filler machines are recognized by professional poultry breeders as the finest, most reliable units available. The machines are wired for 110-volt, 60-cycle current but are available for 220-volt 50-cycle current upon request.
The SINGLE SHOT™ Filler is an intermittent-feed, single speed semen filling unit. The machine will fill one tube and stop, waiting until the tube is removed before filling the next tube. The maximum dose is 1/15 ml with the 6-ml syringe, or 1/10 ml with a 12-ml syringe. The cabinet air is filtered, heated, circulated, and thermostatically controlled. Tubes are preheated by the cabinet air and maintained at the ideal temperature for sperm cell viability. The hopper holds in excess of 1,500 insemination tubes. Preheated tubes are automatically fed through the machine, counted, indexed, filled and released to receiving tray.
