Who we are

About Us

Our Purpose

We are here for one purpose—to support animal reproduction and health.

Our Vision

To be the leading global manufacturer and supplier of choice for quality animal reproduction and health products through the commitment and strength of our greatest assets—our people.

Our Guiding Principles

Respect

We are committed to an environment in which all individuals are treated with respect, dignity, and fairness. We do not tolerate abusive or disrespectful behavior. Dishonesty, unprofessionalism, and internal politics don't belong here. In short, we treat others as they would like to be treated.

Continuous Improvement

We aim to get better every day at what we do—improving our job skills, increasing our leadership abilities, and growing our business. We always question the status quo, embrace change, and foster innovation. In an ongoing effort to improve products, processes, or services, we continually seek out ways to streamline work, make improvements, and reduce waste.

Integrity

We lead by example, stand up for what is right, and show consideration to ourselves and others through our words and actions. We say what we mean and do what we say. Our actions reflect our commitment to true honesty, trustworthiness, and openness. We make decisions based on the best interests of Continental Plastic and its customers and accept responsibility for our actions.

Accountability

We regard personal responsibility as one of our strengths. We own our work, take responsibility for our actions and decisions, and understand the impact we have on others and the business. This reinforces the idea that we have the power to shape our destiny through the success of this organization. Every employee is responsible for working safely, learning new skills, and holding themselves accountable for meeting (or not meeting) their objectives and the requirements of the customer.

Dependability

We work with everyone openly, honestly, and sincerely. When we say we will do something, we will do it; when we say we cannot or will not do something, then we won't. We are dependable, not only for the products and services we provide but also for how we carefully manage the relationships we develop. We believe consistency is key to building trust and view dependability as trust in action.

1980s
The company moves into the Delavan plant, which is its manufacturing facility and administrative office. Continental Plastic has been there and growing since.
