CSS-approved extender for the two-step processing of bovine and caprine semen.
There are two bottles of concentrated solution containing distilled sterile water, tris buffer, citric acid, and fructose. One bottle also contains glycerol. Water and egg yolk must be added prior to the addition of semen. Sold individually - one antibiotic vial included.
